Company-building

Currently incubating a stealth AI x longevity startup building biomolecular intelligence. Previously founded MetaVoice (AI speech), Suzu (AI commerce), and an AI finance startup. Before that, helped build and scale two early-stage hedge funds.

AI & engineering

I was early to AI/ML: I studied physics at Oxford, used ML in my master's thesis, applied ML in hedge funds from 2014, and shipped deep-learning systems in pose estimation, text-to-code, and reinforcement learning. Founded MetaVoice in 2022, where we built foundational speech models and scaled product around them. I'm having an incredible amount of fun building with agentic AI across a deep-tech startup, consumer apps, and an agentic hedge fund.

Investing & finance

Ran portfolios at leading hedge funds. That grounded me in markets, capital allocation and decision-making under uncertainty. Now I invest across deep tech (techbio, atoms, infra, deep AI, space) through direct checks and occasional SPVs, and work closely with a small number of founders.

Longevity biotech

I want to turn biology from slow empiricism into something closer to engineering: better simulation, better measurement, better screening, and faster iteration. The near-term focus is practical longevity and disease prevention; the long-term goal is programmable biology.
